If you’re a new consultant or senior trainee, join us for this comprehensive course which aims to prepare you to be effective leaders in your speciality and wider organisations.

The two-day event will focus on enabling you to become an effective leader, including topics such as: how to lead a safe team, negotiation, resilience, conflict resolution and reviewing the relevance of personality on leadership style (facilitated by completion of a pre-course Myers-Briggs indicator). 

This course has sold out for the past five years, so we strongly encourage you to book now to avoid disappointment. 

Please note: places on this course are limited to a maximum of 42.

Pre-course work:
This course requires delegates to complete the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator which you will receive approximately 4/5 weeks prior to the start of the course. This will then be used for discussions in small groups during the course. In order to share this with delegates, the RCOG will send your name and email address to Keele University.
