DRCOG Online Revision Course

3-4 September 2022

Virtual event

Course overview

The official DRCOG online revision course is a unique two half day virtual event designed to enhance your learning and boost your chances of passing the exam.

Developed by official DRCOG examiners, you will benefit from valuable insight into the exam and explore the different elements of the curriculum through bite-sized learning.

Pre-course learning materials:

This course provides a lot of question practice but there is some preparatory homework.

Delegates will receive access to pre-course lectures which should be viewed in advance of the course. Single best answer (SBA) questions relevant to these lectures will be discussed on day 1 of the course (Saturday) along with the opportunity to ask questions of the lecturers, so pre-viewing these talks is important.

A further 45 SBAs on a mixture of topics will be sent to delegates for completion in advance and the answers discussed with course faculty at the end of each day. The paper on day 1 (Saturday) contains 30 questions and the paper on day 2 (Sunday) contains 15 questions. Please attempt the questions in advance and have your answers ready then we can discuss them relatively quickly during the course.

Practice SBA questions relevant to the other topics covered in the course will not be sent in advance, but will be discussed immediately after each topic is delivered.

On-demand accessible learning

Our state-of-the-art virtual events platform allows you to access all lecture based content on-demand, subject to speaker permissions. The recordings will be available shortly after the event and will remain accessible for three months post-event.

This means you can watch from wherever you are in the world and at a time convenient for you. Your on-demand access means no programme clashes, and saves on travel time and extra arrangements.

This is an excellent, bite-sized approach to learning which supports flexible and accessible educational content for doctors globally.
