Overview

This one-day in-person course explores how culture, communication and leadership shape clinical safety on maternity and gynaecology units

Developed in response to the Ockenden Report, the programme focuses on practical strategies to improve team performance, reduce risk and build a learning culture grounded in psychological safety.

Led by Trainetics, a leading human factors training provider, and supported by a multidisciplinary faculty from the RCOG, RCM, RCoA and RCPCH, the course combines expert insight with real-world case studies and reflective sessions. You'll leave with the tool to strengthen your day-to-day practice, lead more effective teams and contribute to safer, more responsible care.
