SinErGy: “Simulation in Emergency Gynaecology” for the Early Recognition and Management of the Deteriorating

Overview 

Organised by Dr Aradhana Khaund, Consultant Gynaecologist, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with the support of The Scottish Committee of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG)

This face to face course provides hands on simulation experience in the management of emergencies in gynaecology. Pre-course reading material will be provided to maximise the benefits of the course.

This event is exclusively for trainees (and nurses) in Scotland

Places are assigned based on specific criteria; and we have allocated the following spaces for each category. 

  • 4 x ST 1 - 2 
  • 5 x ST 3 - 5 
  • 5 x ST 6 - 7 
  • 4 x nurses

 Course material will be available online 3-4 weeks in advance of the course date. It is essential that this is read and questions are completed prior to the session. Questions should be completed and a hard copy submitted on the day of the course.

Completion of reading material and questions is essential for certification.
