Abstract review and outcomes
Find out how abstracts are assessed, when you will receive your outcome and how presentation formats are allocated.
How will abstracts be considered?
All abstracts will be considered for oral presentation in the first instance.
Abstracts not selected for oral presentation will automatically be considered for poster presentation.
When will I find out if my abstract has been accepted?
Selected presenting authors will be notified from:
Friday 12 March 2027
If there is a delay in the judging process, notification may be postponed. Authors will be informed if this occurs.
Who will receive the notification?
Notifications will be sent to the person who submitted the abstract.
Will I receive feedback if my abstract is unsuccessful?
Due to the number of submissions received, individual feedback on unsuccessful abstracts will not normally be provided.
If I request an oral presentation, will I definitely receive one?
No. All abstracts are considered for oral presentation, but the final presentation format is determined through the judging process.
If an abstract is not selected for oral presentation, it will automatically be considered for poster presentation.
