What is the submission deadline?
The deadline for submitting an abstract is Thursday 11 February 2027. Please ensure that your submission is complete before this date.
When will I receive the outcome?
Notifications of abstract outcomes are expected to begin from:
Friday 12 March 2027
Notifications will be sent to the person who submitted the abstract. If there is a delay in the judging process, notification may be postponed. Authors will be informed if this occurs.
When will the conference presentations take place?
Conference presentations will take place on Monday 21 – Tuesday 22 June 2027.
