Call for abstracts

ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS FOR THE ANNUAL ACADEMIC MEETING HAVE NOW CLOSED.

Successful authors will be offered the opportunity to present their work as part of the RCOG Annual Academic Meeting.

This year there are two ways for you to present your abstract and showcase your work:

Oral Presentation

The top scoring submissions will be selected to present their work in the main programme across the two days of the meeting.

Poster Presentation

The top scoring poster submissions will have the opportunity to present their work in the parallel sessions on Friday 10 February.

Further details will be available in due course.

The submitting and presenting author must be either:

1) A trainee. For clinicians this is defined as pre-CCT, and for scientists this is defined as fewer than three years post PhD award.

2) A medical student.

Prizes will be awarded for the best oral presentation, best poster pitch presentation and the best medical student abstract.

The 30 top-scoring abstracts will be put forward for publication in an online BJOG supplement after the Annual Academic Meeting. If you do not wish for your abstract to considered for inclusion in this supplement you can indicate this during the abstract submission process.
