Call for abstracts

Abstract submission

Successful authors will be offered the opportunity to present their work as part of the 2025 Annual Academic Meeting. Please note, abstract submission is now closed.

The submitting and presenting author must be either: 

  • A trainee. For clinicians this is defined as pre-CCT, and for scientists this is defined as fewer than three years post PhD award
  • A medical student

The 30 highest scoring abstracts will be put forward for publication in BJOG after the meeting. It will be assumed that your abstract can be published in BJOG unless you make it clear on the submission form that you do not permit this.

Submitting your abstract:

  • Abstracts will only be accepted via the online submission form which can be found at the bottom of this page
  • Please read the abstract submission FAQs and BJOG FAQ's before submitting

Selected presenting authors will be notified if their submission has been successful by Thursday 12 December 2024.
