Genomics for O&G Subspecialties Study Day

27 February 2023

Venue: Online

Course overview

Genomics is already embedded into many areas of routine O&G practice, making knowledge of the subject vitally important. As it is a rapidly evolving area of medicine, frequent updates and refreshers are required to maintain contemporary knowledge. To help you keep your understanding of the subject up-to-date, the College has established a Genomics Taskforce to promote, support and implement genomic medicine in O&G, achieved in part through education of the RCOG membership and trainees.

This is a new online course from the College to increase awareness and understanding in the rapidly developing field of genomics. Delegates will benefit from lectures, Q&As, and breakout sessions. All delegates will have access to on demand recordings for three months post-event.

The new O&G core and advanced curricula will include new learning requirements for trainees.

On-demand accessible learning

Our state-of-the-art virtual events platform allows you to access all lecture based content on-demand, subject to speaker permissions. The recordings will be available five working days after the event and will remain accessible for six months post-event.

This means you can watch from wherever you are in the world and at a time convenient for you. Your on-demand access means no programme clashes, and saves on travel time and extra arrangements.

This is an excellent, bite-sized approach to learning which supports flexible and accessible educational content for doctors globally.
