- Have an understanding of conflict resolution and the opportunity to be directly observed performing a difficult appraisal
- Have participated in a mock ARCP
- Know where to look and who to turn to for help and support

- Educational supervisors who are considering applying for the College Tutor/educational lead in their department
- This event is not designed for doctors wishing to be trained in how to become an educational supervisor as the programme has been designed for colleagues in that role already
