  • Evaluate current developments and emerging challenges in obstetrics and gynaecology to enhance the quality, safety and equity of care for women and birthing people 
  • Reflect on evolving O&G training pathways and curriculum developments to better understand opportunities for progression and career planning 
  • Assess your own learning needs and development goals to support progression through training and preparation for future consultant roles 
  • Develop leadership and communication skills through shared learning and collaboration with colleagues from across the specialty 
  • Identify opportunities for research, quality improvement and educational initiatives within local training environments 
  • Learn from and reflect on trainee-led initiatives that inspire innovation, collaboration and excellence within O&G training and practice
